This villa has 2 full bedrooms, 2 full baths, living, dining and kitchen areas. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and a full bed plus a twin bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom. There are flat panel TVs in both bedrooms.

The kitchen has full size appliances, dishwasher, convection toaster oven, microwave, air fryer, disposal, crockpot, blender, Keurig Coffee maker and there's a regular coffee maker if you prefer old school! The kitchen is full stocked with dishes, pots, pans and you will find some spices in the cabinets and condiments in the refrigerator. Any food products in the condo are free for your use but check expiration dates.

The condo has free 400 mbit wireless internet. If you need anything printed while you are here, just email Jeff a .pdf and we can drop it off. All three of the flat panel TVs have ROKU sticks to access the Spectrum channels. You can easily login to your own streaming services and watch what you like just like being at home.

There are six tennis courts, an outdoor pool and a picnic area with charcoal grills in our building. Three of the tennis courts are marked for pickleball and we have a couple of rackets in the toy closet if you want to give it a try.

The condo is non-smoking and pets are absolutely NOT allowed anywhere on property! There is a smoking area downstairs at the picnic area and at the outside corner of building one facing the ocean.

Our resort has a beach boardwalk leading to our ocean-front cabana and Coco's on the Beach! You can ride your bike from end to end (bikes must be walked in-season), take a leisurely 15 minute stroll or ride the free seasonal golf cart shuttle to the beach. At night, there are foot lights in case you want to enjoy the beach by moonlight or enjoy the cabana night life, food and drink. There are no stairs to climb and the boardwalk leads right out onto the best, and most private beach on the entire Island! You don't cross any streets or dodge any cars to get to our beach. Our beach is onsite, uncrowded and incredibly beautiful!

There is also the onsite restaurant in building one overlooking the big outdoor pool under new management for 2024. We also have bike rentals available onsite. New for 2025, the outdoor pool in building one is now heated in April/May and Oct/Nov when daytime temperatures are high enough for swimming. Operating dates vary. The indoor pool is heated year-round.
